Girls will create bonds with their teammates and have the freedom to push themselves in a safe and healthy environment. This is about building confidence and strength as a team and a culture of solidarity. Mastering core skills of basketball can be transformative on the court and can teach girls important lessons for life. And having female mentors is inspiring: seeing women in leadership roles helps girls imagine themselves in those positions and see what's possible for women in sports.
We take a court of girls and make a gym of leaders.

Jr Knights - Competitive Teams
GRADES: 2nd - 6th
TRYOUTS: Last two weeks in July
TRAINING CAMP: Sept starts 10 Week Training Camp
PRACTICES: Late October Early November Starts Practices 2 Days a week
TOURNAMENTS: Early Bird Tournament November / End of the Season February
LEAGUE PLAY: Starts December & Finishes at the end of January 12-16 games on the Weekends ONLY
COST: Breaks down to 7 months for $65/per. month = $350 total plus uniforms $100 (we do a 1 team fundraiser)
NBA REC - Recreational Teams
GRADES: 1st - 8th
TRAINING CAMP: Sept starts 10 Week Training Camp additional $35
COMBINE: First week of November. We bring all the kids in to run drills & form teams.
PRACTICES: November after combine week 1 Days a week
LEAGUE PLAY: Starts December & Finishes Mid February 10-12 games
COST: Breaks down to 4 months for $40-$50/per. month = $175 total + $35 if you want training camp
NBA - LiL Baller
GRADES: Pre-K & Kindergarten
TRAINING CAMP/PRACTICES: 4 week in November
GAMES: Starts December - January 7-8 Games | Saturday
COST: Breaks down to 4 months for $50/per month = $150 total
SKILLS & DRILL OPEN GYMS
Opportunity to come work on your game or if you are new come learn new sport. KBS trainers with 20 years experience will be running drills, teaching skills & learning to score at the rim!
Cost:
Come & go as you please for $10 a class. You just bring the cash!
